Quality policy

The Quality and Environment policy is defined by NEXT FERTILITY‘s Management within the company’s mission and integrates all interested parties; customers and employees.

It provides a frame of reference for setting and reviewing the company’s objectives. This policy is defined in this document and is communicated to all company personnel to ensure that it is understood for management purposes. In order to comply with this policy, NEXT FERTILITY, sets as a general objective that the technical, administrative and human factors of the organisation that affect the quality of its services are correctly controlled. This control will be oriented towards the reduction, elimination and, more importantly, prevention of quality deficiencies. In short, there are four main reasons why NEXT FERTILITY implements and continuously updates a Quality Management System in the provision of its medical services:

• Attention to the donor: The Quality Management System makes us show exquisite treatment to donors for their altruistic act of donating their oocytes so that other women can have offspring. In addition, we will maintain the highest levels of quality and safety both in terms of their personal attention, as well as the donation.
• Customer orientation: The Quality Management System allows us to give the appropriate confidence to our clients that our services will meet their needs. Using the best technical capacity, diligence, safety and ethics, and making use of our availability at all times to resolve any problems arising from the provision of our services.
• Orientation towards improvement: The Quality Management System allows us to ensure that our staff is aware of the set of responsibilities, processes, procedures and resources assigned to ensure and manage Quality. Knowledge is the basis for staff to participate and collaborate actively with the Management in the improvement of the System, making use of all the quality records that are generated. The standardisation of activities will allow us to reduce variability in our processes, which is the first step to initiate a process of continuous improvement in which we are all involved.
• Competitive Environment: The Quality Management System allows us to make a competitive difference with respect to the competition in a market where companies are increasingly required to implement Quality Management Systems.

The Management of NEXT FERTILITY recognises that its Quality policy is the driving force for the implementation and improvement of the management system, from an environmental point of view, defining and ensuring that it:

• Is appropriate to the nature, scale and environmental impacts of its activities and services.
• Includes a commitment to continuous improvement, pollution prevention and environmental protection.
• Includes a commitment to comply with applicable environmental legislation and regulations, and other subscribed requirements.
• Provides the framework for setting and reviewing environmental objectives and targets.
• Is documented, implemented and kept up to date, and communicated to all employees.
• It is publicly available.

NEXT FERTILITY, in response to the growing need to conserve and improve the environment, which is also an obligation to meet the demands of a society increasingly concerned about environmental protection, has decided to carry out its activities in such a way as to cause the least negative impact on the general environment and its immediate surroundings.

For this reason, the Management of NEXT FERTILITY proclaims the following declaration of “Quality and Environmental Policy” and undertakes to disseminate it, enforce it and monitor its compliance throughout the company:

• NEXT FERTILITY is committed to compliance with current environmental legislation and other environmental requirements subscribed to by the organisation, endeavouring to adopt in advance the measures, changes and modifications that may arise from the above.
• NEXT FERTILITY will identify all environmental aspects arising from its activities in its facilities, both current and future and caused directly or indirectly.
• NEXT FERTILITY will make the necessary efforts to make the most efficient use of the resources it uses.
• NEXT FERTILITY shall comply with the principle of pollution prevention within the scope of its facilities.
• NEXT FERTILITY will establish programmes to achieve an improvement in environmental management, implementing the appropriate methodology and practices to define environmental objectives and targets and evaluate their degree of compliance.
• NEXT FERTILITY will carry out, in line with the principle of continuous improvement and the economic minimisation of environmental impact, reviews and audits of the management system in place, with the established frequency, to ensure compliance.
• NEXT FERTILITY will collaborate with the authorities, customers, suppliers, employees and the general public to promote a culture that favours environmental protection.

Therefore, we count on the support of all staff to maintain and develop the established management system, which will be continuously improved.
